What You’ll Be Doing

Troubleshoot and resolve hardware / software issues remotely and on‑

site

Maintain servers, switches, networks, and client infrastructure

Install and configure new IT solutions

Lead server migrations and network rollouts

Ensure secure, smooth IT operations for diverse customers

Your Skills & Experience

Must‑Haves

Vocational IT training or comparable experience

Strong in : Windows Server, Exchange, Hyper‑V, Active Directory, DNS, Microsoft Office

Familiar with VLANs, LAG, and switch stacking

Service‑driven, reliable, and independent

Nice‑to‑Haves

SQL Server knowledge

Firewall configuration experience

Familiarity with IT security and infrastructure projects
