MA is working with a global SAP partner to support their SAP HR team expansion. This company are working on large-scale international projects and are now searching for a Delivery Lead to take ownership of complex SAP SuccessFactors programmes.

What you will be doing :

• Lead large-scale SAP SuccessFactors projects
• Manage interdisciplinary teams
• Play a key‑role in pre‑sales e.g. client presentations and RFPs
• Work closely with stakeholders
• Monitor project success

What you\’ll need :

• 4+ years of experience in SAP SuccessFactors or SAP HCM space
• Some leadership experience
• Strong external consulting experience
• Fluent German and English
