Senior ServiceNow Consultant (HRSD / CSM) Hybrid / Home Office Locations : Berlin, Dortmund, Düsseldorf, Frankfurt am Main, Hamburg, Hannover, Ingolstadt, Karlsruhe, Cologne, Munich, Nuremberg, Stuttgart Our client, a leading global consultancy, is expanding its German ServiceNow practice and seeking an experienced Senior ServiceNow Consultant with deep expertise in either HR Service Delivery (HRSD) or Customer Service Management (CSM). In this role, you will lead complex ServiceNow transformation programs, shape solution architectures, and guide enterprise clients through their digital service‑management journeys.
