A specialised, boutique ServiceNow Partner headquartered in Hannover is searching for a ServiceNow Consultant to join the team. With emphasis on long-term customer relationships, their mission is to deliver high-quality, tailored ServiceNow implementations for mid-market and enterprise clients.

The role

• Play a key role in designing, implementing and optimising ServiceNow solutions (ITSM / ITOM / HRSD / CSM)
• Conduct workshops and demos with customers
• Translate business requirements into technical specifications and implement them within ServiceNow platform
• Collaborate with Project Managers, Architects and Developers to ensure smooth project delivery
• Provide guidance on platform best practices, staying up-to-date with the latest ServiceNow releases and features

Your profile

• 2+ years of hands‑on experience with ServiceNow
• Strong understanding of ITSM processes, any additional module experience is a plus
• Some consulting experience
• Strong communication skills
• Any ServiceNow certs are a plus
• Fluent German and English
