- Koordynacja prac oraz kontrola terminowości i jakości robót elektrycznych
- Umiejętność określania nakładu roboczogodzin na dany zakres prac (niezbędne do wyceny/negocjacji zakresu prac dodatkowych)
- Znajomość stawek rynkowych dla montażystów i innych pracowników budowlanych
- Weryfikacja dokumentacji projektowej, kosztorysów i przedmiarów
- Nadzór nad podwykonawcami
- Udział w odbiorach robót i naradach koordynacyjnych
- Wydawanie materiałów i kontrola stanu magazynu -znajomość produktów (zamówieia do dostawców)
Job Requirements
- Wykształcenie wyższe techniczne, profil elektryczny
- Min. 2 lata doświadczeniaprzy realizacji Data Center lub dużych obiektów przemysłowych
- Umiejętność czytania dokumentacji projektowej
- MS Office, AutoCad, Revit, prawo jazdy kat. B
- Niemiecki lub angielski poziom komunikatywny
- Gotowość do wyjazdów służbowych=praca w Niemczech
