Our client is looking for a Residential Asset Manager to manage and develop its residential portfolio in Berlin.
Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of residential properties and drive operational performance.
- Monitor rental income, occupancy, budgets and CAPEX.
- Coordinate property managers, letting agents and other external service providers.
- Identify opportunities to improve asset performance and increase value.
- Prepare business plans, financial analyses and regular reporting.
- Oversee leasing activities and address tenancy-related matters.
Requirements
- 4–6 years of experience in real estate asset management, ideally within the residential sector.
- Good knowledge of the Berlin residential market and German tenancy law.
- Experience in budgeting, financial analysis and portfolio reporting.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Fluent German and good English skills.
