Commercial Asset Manager (m/w/d) / Real Estate in Berlin

On behalf of our client, an established international real estate investor, we are seeking a Commercial Asset Manager to join their team in Berlin.

This is an excellent opportunity for a commercially minded real estate professional with 2–5 years of experience in asset management, a strong understanding of the German property market, and the ability to build and leverage a strong professional network.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and optimise a portfolio of commercial real estate assets, including office, industrial and retail properties.
• Develop and implement asset management strategies to maximise rental income, asset value and overall portfolio performance.
• Identify and execute value-add opportunities, including leasing initiatives, repositioning and asset enhancement.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with tenants, brokers, investors and other key market participants.
• Proactively identify market opportunities and contribute to the long-term growth of the portfolio.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external partners in an international business environment.

Your Profile

• 2–5 years of relevant experience in commercial real estate asset management.
• Experience with office, industrial and/or retail assets.
• Strong knowledge of the German commercial real estate market.
• An established industry network and excellent relationship-building skills.
• An outgoing, proactive and entrepreneurial personality with a hands‑on approach.
• Strong commercial acumen, negotiation skills and a results‑oriented mindset.
• Excellent communication skills in German and English.
• An international mindset and the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
