Overview
In this role you will oversee investment performance against business targets within a leading European real estate investment manager. You will analyze financial reporting, conduct site visits, and collaborate with local operating partners to identify value-creating asset management initiatives and mitigate risk. You will evaluate, negotiate, and recommend letting and other asset management decisions, while steering sales and disposals strategy. This is an opportunity to shape asset performance across office, logistics, and other commercial assets in a cross-functional, growth-oriented environment.

Zentrale Anforderungen
- 4-6 years of direct European real estate experience
- Experience in letting, dispositions, and contract negotiations for office, logistics, and other commercial assets
- Excellent financial modeling skills
- Fluency in German and English
- Passion for numbers and asset management
- Bachelor’s and/or Master’s in Real Estate, Economics, or Finance
