Overview
As an Analyst at a boutique investment manager in Düsseldorf, you will support value-add, opportunistic, and development projects for commercial assets. You will work closely with the acquisition and finance teams to identify opportunities, conduct due diligence, and prepare decision templates. You will contribute to budgeting, financial modeling, and bilingual reporting in German and English. This role offers exposure to deal structuring, financing, and cross-border communication, helping you shape investment outcomes in a dynamic market.
Verantwortungsbereiche
- Support acquisition management
- Identify and pursue purchase opportunities; liaise with investors; due diligence; prepare decision templates
- Participate in financing and structuring of new acquisitions
- Support internal and external reporting in German and English
- Control and update project budgets/models; conduct target/actual comparisons
Zentrale Anforderungen
- Completed commercial university degree
- Experience in real estate from working student roles/internships
- Excellent MS Office proficiency
- Excellent Excel modeling skills including DCF modeling
- Business fluent German and English (written and spoken)
- Strong communication skills and affinity for numbers
