Fund Analyst - Real Estate

About the Company – I’m currently supporting one of the most respected real estate investment firms in their search for a Fund Analyst to join their growing team in Frankfurt. With a big portfolio, the company is active across Core, Core+ and Value-Add strategies, and invests in office, residential, logistics and retail assets.

About the Role – Support fund management and investment teams in the analysis of real estate funds and investment vehicles. Assist in financial modelling, performance tracking, forecasting and reporting. Work with international teams on portfolio analysis and strategic asset allocations. Prepare fund-level presentations and reports for internal and external stakeholders. Collaborate closely with asset management, finance, legal and capital markets teams.

Responsibilities

• Support fund management and investment teams in the analysis of real estate funds and investment vehicles
• Assist in financial modelling, performance tracking, forecasting and reporting
• Work with international teams on portfolio analysis and strategic asset allocations
• Prepare fund-level presentations and reports for internal and external stakeholders

Qualifications – Degree in Finance, Economics, Real Estate, or related field.

Required Skills

• 1–3 years of relevant experience in fund analysis, portfolio management, real estate finance or investment banking
• Strong financial modelling and Excel skills; knowledge of fund structures a plus
• Fluent in German and English
• Proactive, analytical and team-oriented mindset
