This role offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in real estate investment, financial modeling, and market analysis.

About the Role:

Your Responsibilities:

• Conduct financial modeling, market research, and investment analysis for real estate transactions
• Support the acquisition process, including due diligence, risk assessment, and deal structuring
• Prepare investment memoranda, presentations, and reports for internal stakeholders and investors
• Monitor the performance of existing real estate portfolios and identify value-add opportunities
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners, including brokers, banks, and legal advisors

Qualifications:

Bachelor\’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Real Estate, Business Administration, or a related field

Required Skills:

• Strong analytical and financial modeling skills (Excel, Argus is a plus)
• Knowledge of real estate investment strategies, asset management, and market trends
• Excellent communication skills in German and Englisch
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and eager to work in a fast-paced environment
