Junior Asset Manager / Real Estate

About the Company: We are searching for a Junior Asset Manager to join an international real estate investment and development company with a strong presence in Berlin.

About the Role: As a Junior Asset Manager, you will play a key role in optimizing the performance of the company’s real estate portfolio. You will support the asset management team in strategic decision-making, financial analysis, and value-add initiatives across various asset classes.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in managing a diverse real estate portfolio, including Office, Retail, Residential, or other asset classes.
• Support in developing and implementing asset management strategies to maximize value.
• Conduct financial analysis, market research, and performance reporting.
• Collaborate with property management, leasing, and development teams.
• Support in lease negotiations and tenant relationship management.
• Monitor and ensure compliance with local real estate regulations.

Qualifications:

• 1-2 years of experience in asset management, real estate investment, or property management.
• Degree in Real Estate, Finance, Business, or a related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Fluent in German and English (both written and spoken).
• Proficiency in financial modeling and real estate management software is a plus.
