Project Manager – Development & Construction (m/f/d)
This position offers the opportunity to take responsibility for a defined sub-project within a major development in Hamburg.
The role combines technical and commercial responsibilities and requires close collaboration with internal and external stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
Your Responsibilities
- Manage the development and delivery of a designated sub-project within a large-scale development.
- Coordinate technical, commercial, and contractual aspects from planning through execution.
- Monitor project schedules, budgets, quality, and project risks.
- Coordinate architects, engineers, consultants, contractors, and authorities.
- Support procurement and tender processes and oversee contract administration.
- Review technical documentation, drawings, and project deliverables.
- Prepare project reports, cost forecasts, and management updates.
- Ensure compliance with applicable regulations, quality standards, and project objectives.
- Act as the central point of contact for all relevant project stakeholders.
Your Profile
- Degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Real Estate, or a related technical field.
- A solid technical background or formal technical training is essential.
- An additional business qualification is advantageous.
- At least
3 years of professional experience in project management, project development, or construction management.
- Good understanding of both technical and commercial aspects of development and construction projects.
- Strong organisational, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic project environment.
- Fluent German and good English language skills.
