About the Role: We are seeking for our client a highly skilled and experienced Senior Asset Manager to oversee and optimize the performance of the value-add logistics properties in Germany. Based in Frankfurt, you will be part of an international real estate investment firm managing a diverse portfolio across the German market. You will play a key role in driving asset performance, executing value-add strategies, and ensuring long-term profitability.

Responsibilities:

1. Develop and implement asset management strategies to enhance the value and profitability of logistics properties.
2. Oversee leasing activities, tenant relations, and contract negotiations to maximize occupancy and rental income.
3. Identify and execute value-add initiatives, including refurbishments, repositioning, and operational improvements.
4. Monitor financial performance, prepare budgets, and conduct financial modeling and reporting.
5. Collaborate with acquisition, property management, and development teams to align strategies and optimize asset performance.
6. Conduct market analysis and identify trends to support investment decisions and risk assessments.
7. Manage external service providers such as property managers, brokers, and consultants.
8. Ensure compliance with local regulations and corporate governance policies.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor\’s or master’s degree in real estate, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
2. At least 4-7 years of experience in asset management, with a focus on logistics or industrial properties.
3. Strong understanding of the German real estate market, particularly in logistics and value-add strategies.
4. Experience in financial modeling, budgeting, and investment analysis.
5. Excellent negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
6. Fluency in German and English (both written and spoken) is required.
7. Proficiency in MS Excel, financial analysis tools, and real estate management software.
