For our client, a leading international investment manager, we are seeking an experienced Senior Associate Asset Manager to join their growing asset management team in Frankfurt. This is an excellent opportunity for a hands‑on, commercially minded real estate professional to take responsibility across a diversified portfolio and all major asset classes.
Key Responsibilities
- Proactive asset management of a diversified portfolio across office, residential, retail, logistics and mixed‑use assets
- Development and implementation of asset strategies to maximize value and performance
- Business plan creation, execution and continuous monitoring
- Financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting and variance analysis
- Management of external service providers (property managers, leasing agents, technical advisors, etc.)
- Lease management, negotiations and tenant relationship management
- Support in acquisitions, disposals and due diligence processes
- Close collaboration with investment, transactions, finance and legal teams
- Preparation of reports and presentations for internal stakeholders and investors
Your Profile
- Minimum 4–5 years of professional experience in asset management, ideally within an institutional environment
- Generalist mindset with exposure to all major asset classes
- Strong commercial and analytical skills with a hands‑on, solution‑oriented approach
- Solid understanding of real estate markets, asset strategies and value creation levers
- Experience working with business plans, financial models and investment cases
- Fluent in German and English (written and spoken)
- Confident communicator with strong stakeholder management skills
- Structured, reliable and able to work independently in a dynamic environment
