In this role you lead complex, high-profile construction projects for pharmaceutical clients in a regulated, fast-paced environment. Verantwortungsbereiche
- Define and secure project resources (PM, technical services, external resources) for project delivery
- Coordinate with clients, design teams, consultants, and contractors to ensure alignment with objectives
- Demonstrate visible safety behaviours and manage the construction phase to meet milestones
- Lead project objectives and KPIs through effective team and stakeholder management
- Prepare and update project plans; track timeframes and budgets; highlight risks and mitigations
- Ensure robust quality systems and documentation; monitor compliance and service excellence
- Record meetings and provide contextual analyses to parties; manage risk and mitigation actions
- Coordinate changes and ensure formalized approvals within timelines
- Oversee handover documentation prior to practical completion
Zentrale Anforderungen
- +15 years of relevant experience
- Proven track record in project management of large (>€30m) projects in a highly regulated industry, preferably pharmaceutical
- Strong communication, presentation, and project planning skills
- Budgetary oversight experience
- Advanced stakeholder coordination and collaboration skills
- Knowledge of project management methodologies and practices
- Strong negotiation and client-focused communication skills
- Ability to manage internal budgets and deliver agreed outcomes
- Understanding of construction methodologies and sequencing
