The project: We are looking for a Project Controls Manager to work across a vast network of clients in the pharmaceutical space in Germany.
You’ll be responsible for: Promoting diversity, inclusion, and wellbeing.
Implementing PMO and project controls frameworks.
Supporting best-in-class service delivery and engagement.
Managing cost, schedule, change, risk, and reporting.
Supporting long-term PMO strategy development.
Driving innovation and support resourcing needs.
Implementing effective PMO and Project Controls frameworks and strategies.
Supporting PMO and Project Controls performance on assigned commissions.
Integral part of a high-performing PMO and Project Controls team.
Directing project teams in executing PMO and Project Controls processes across cost, schedule, change, risk, and reporting, ensuring objectives and escalations are effectively managed.
Supporting the hub PMO and Project Controls Director with resourcing and recruitment.
You’ll need to have: Professional membership (RICS, CIOB, APM, ICE).
Proven delivery experience in pharmaceutical projects.
Strong commercial, financial, and leadership expertise.
Skilled in stakeholder management and sustainability awareness.
