We are seeking an experienced Azure Solutions Architect to design and implement enterprise-level cloud solutions. The ideal candidate will combine technical expertise with strong business acumen to deliver scalable, secure, and cost-effective cloud architectures that align with business objectives of our clients.

Your daily tasks will include:

1. Designing and implementing enterprise-level Azure cloud architectures for hosting cloud-native business applications and services.
2. Developing technical roadmaps, cloud adoption strategies, and migration plans to support Azure implementations.
3. Collaborating with application, network, and security teams to ensure requirements are reflected in Azure designs.
4. Leading the architectural design of PaaS, IaaS, and SaaS solutions within the Azure ecosystem.
5. Creating and maintaining documentation for cloud architectures, patterns, and best practices.
6. Ensuring security, compliance, and performance optimization are integrated into all cloud architecture solutions.
7. Providing technical leadership and mentorship to development and operations teams, fostering Azure expertise.
8. Supporting pre-sales activities through technical presentations, stakeholder engagement, and innovative PoCs.

The following will make you succeed in this role:

1. Minimum 3–5 years of experience as an Azure Cloud Solutions Architect with proven expertise in Azure services, cloud-native architecture principles, and enterprise-scale cloud implementations.
2. Strong experience with Infrastructure as Code, containerization, CI/CD pipelines, DevOps practices, and modern architecture patterns (event-driven, microservices, CQRS).
3. Hands-on experience with Azure PaaS and IaaS services, including cloud security and governance, cost optimization strategies, disaster recovery and business continuity planning, and a track record of successful cloud migration projects.
4. Strong consulting and client management capabilities with excellent communication skills, including experience conducting workshops and presenting complex solutions to stakeholders.
5. Familiarity with agile environments (e.g., Scrum, Kanban, SAFe) and the ability to work effectively with ambiguity and emerging concepts.
6. Willingness to travel at times for project-related purposes.
7. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field, with Azure Solutions Architect Expert certification preferred.
8. Fluency in German and English (business level).
