Project Manager

We are working with a leading European warehouse automation company who is hiring for an experienced Project Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and oversee intricate automation projects from initial concept through to implementation and processing at the client’s site.
• Strategically plan and manage resources, budgets, and timelines, maintaining a comprehensive view of project objectives.
• Conduct technical coordination effectively with internal teams and external partners, while managing suppliers and service providers.
• Proactively identify potential risks and develop strategic solutions in advance.
• Deliver convincing presentations of project results to both internal and external stakeholders.
• Oversee the commissioning process and ensure a seamless transition and handover to the client.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in warehouse automation, with expertise in implementing technologies such as AMRs, ASRS, and AGVs.
• Experience in supporting the technical preparation of proposals and project cost estimation.
• Contribute actively to the enhancement of our project management standards.
• Proven skills in leading workshops, training courses, and client meetings.
• In-depth market knowledge obtained from trade fairs and through collaborative efforts with our product development team.
