We are working with a leading European warehouse automation company who is hiring for an experienced Project Manager.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and oversee intricate automation projects from initial concept through to implementation and processing at the client’s site.
- Strategically plan and manage resources, budgets, and timelines, maintaining a comprehensive view of project objectives.
- Conduct technical coordination effectively with internal teams and external partners, while managing suppliers and service providers.
- Proactively identify potential risks and develop strategic solutions in advance.
- Deliver convincing presentations of project results to both internal and external stakeholders.
- Oversee the commissioning process and ensure a seamless transition and handover to the client.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in warehouse automation, with expertise in implementing technologies such as AMRs, ASRS, and AGVs.
- Experience in supporting the technical preparation of proposals and project cost estimation.
- Contribute actively to the enhancement of our project management standards.
- Proven skills in leading workshops, training courses, and client meetings.
- In-depth market knowledge obtained from trade fairs and through collaborative efforts with our product development team.
