Sales Manager – Automotive Lubricants – Aftermarket & Export
Mackenzie Stuart is partnered with a leading German-based manufacturer of fuels and lubricants, seeking a Sales Manager for their growing business in Europe & Asia. You will be part of a dynamic team responsible for establishing new business and expanding market presence. We are looking for someone with a strong background in sales, particularly in the automotive lubricant sector, and a proven track record of customer acquisition and account management.
Responsibilities:
- Identify partnership opportunities and maintain existing business while growing accounts.
- Develop new relationships to help expand the company, aiming to achieve significant revenue targets.
- Manage all sales-related processes, including customer acquisition and on-site presentations.
- Conduct customer visits and provide on-site consultations.
- Analyze the market to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
- Collaborate with the sales team to evaluate activities and share feedback on customer experiences.
- Participate in trade fairs and events to enhance company visibility.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in sales, ideally in field sales within the automotive sector.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills, with a self-motivated and independent working style.
- Knowledge of the market and ability to conduct competitive analysis.
