About the Role

As the business continues to expand its commercial footprint across Europe, it is now seeking an experienced Clinical Specialist with a Cardiac Electrophysiology background to support the adoption of this transformative technology.

This is a rare opportunity to be at the forefront of a category-defining innovation, working directly with clinical teams to bring a genuinely novel procedural capability to life.

Reporting to the Senior Sales Operations and Customer Service Manager, you will serve as the primary EP clinical resource for new and existing customer sites, guiding them from initial implementation through to full operational independence.

Responsibilities

  • Working on-site with new customers to deliver training and support an initial series of procedures.
  • Serving as the lead EP clinical resource for case coverage, product utilisation, and troubleshooting across new, existing, and clinical study sites.
  • Providing expert clinical and technical support during cardiac procedures.
  • Delivering live procedural support for EP mapping and cardiac ablation cases.
  • Participating in customer readiness assessments, site activation planning, and implementation strategy.
  • Contributing to the development of clinical workflows, training materials, and ongoing workflow enhancements.
  • Maintaining accurate, timely documentation of case support, customer education, call reports, and training records.
  • Collaborating closely with fellow Clinical Specialists to ensure consistent customer success.
  • Working alongside the Sales team to ensure seamless account transitions once operational independence is achieved.

Qualifications

  • Completion of an electrophysiology training programme in 3D electroanatomical mapping and cardiac ablation.
  • Required Skills
  • Minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in EP 3D mapping and arrhythmia ablation case support.
  • Demonstrated expert-level knowledge of cardiac anatomy, physiology, catheter-based procedures, and patient-care environments.
  • Experience providing direct clinical, technical, or applications support in an EP or cardiac catheterisation lab setting.
  • Strong communication and clinical teaching skills, with the ability to train and influence clinical stakeholders.
  • Proven ability to collaborate across research, industry, and field teams.
  • Ability to travel up to 75%, primarily across Germany with additional travel across Europe, with flexibility to support customer timelines.
  • Valid driver's licence and ability to obtain a passport.
  • Self-motivated, driven, and solution-oriented, with a genuine passion for advancing patient care through innovative technology.
  • Must speak German & English
