Senior RF/mmWave IC Design Engineer – Zurich in Zürich

MACOM in Zurich, Switzerland, is seeking a Senior IC Design Engineer to develop broadband RF circuits up to millimeter wave for optical coherent applications. You will architect, design and lay out SiGe and silicon-based ICs and operate above 30 GHz.In this fast-moving team, you will verify IC subblocks, collaborate with test and application engineers, and contribute to product characterization and release.
