Leads the end‑to‑end S&OP process and supply planning integration to balance demand, supply, capacity, and inventory trade‑offs through structured decision forums.
Key Responsibilities S&OP Cadence & Decision Forums Operate S&OP governance (agenda, pre‑reads, decisions, action tracking) and maintain governance artifacts and decision logs Ensure follow‑through and closure of actions, monitor execution adherence and eliminate gaps Produce deliverables such as S&OP calendars, pre‑read templates, decision logs, and action trackers Constraints, Scenarios & Allocation Own constraints management and scenario planning, quantify impacts and trade‑offs Develop allocation and prioritization recommendations aligned to service and strategic priorities Produce deliverables such as constraint dashboards, scenario packs, and allocation recommendation memos Planning‑to‑Execution Translation Translate S&OP decisions into executable supply plans and monitor plan adherence through execution handoffs Coordinate escalations and recovery actions across manufacturing, logistics, and quality constraints Produce deliverables such as execution handoff packs and adherence / performance reports Required Qualifications BS+ (Supply Chain, Engineering, Business, or related)12–15 years supply planning and / or S&OP ownership with executive forum leadership experience Demonstrated experience managing constrained supply and driving cross‑functional decisions Preferred Qualifications Experience with IBP / S&OP systems and analytics / scenario tooling Experience in pharmaceutical / biotech supply chains (preferred)Key Competencies S&OP facilitation, decision governance, and action tracking, pre‑read discipline, decision logs, and follow‑through Constraint management, scenario planning, and allocation governance, trade‑off communication (service, inventory, capacity)Cross‑functional leadership, escalation, and executive‑ready risk / decision communication Launch / readiness planning inputs, cutover governance alignment, and stabilization support (as applicable)Performance management routines, KPI tracking, and continuous improvement of planning effectiveness We are committed to fostering an inclusive and diverse workplace and do not discriminate on the basis of any legally protected characteristics.
