ph3Senior Manager, Sales Engineering /h3 pJoin Cohesity as a Senior Manager, Sales Engineering and play a vital role in driving our growth strategy. You will lead a team of exceptional Sales Engineers in delivering flawless solutions and architectures for Data Protection, Analytics, Storage, Virtualization, Database, and Cloud to our biggest clients. /p h3Key Responsibilities /h3 ul liLead a team in the Ohio Valley and Midwest territory, assisting with complex customer opportunities. /li liMentor and develop team members, fostering their technical expertise and customer knowledge. /li liProvide expert sales and technical assistance by clearly articulating Cohesity technology to both your SE team and customers/prospects. /li liEnable customers to seamlessly integrate Cohesity products into their existing production environments. /li liAssist in responding to customer and partner requests, ensuring timely and accurate information and proposals. /li liDrive the secondary storage technology strategy for our largest customers and partners. /li liCommunicate Cohesity's vision by developing and delivering product demonstrations, workshops, white papers, and proposals. /li liGuide the team in successfully implementing proof of concepts to showcase the value of Cohesity technology. /li liCollaborate with product management to convey customer requirements and contribute to product development and improvements. /li liProvide project management and post-sales technical support if needed. /li /ul h3Desired Qualifications /h3 ul liTypically requires a minimum of 8 years of related experience. /li liExperience cooperating with customers and technology partners. /li liExperience selling Enterprise Hardware or Software, Cloud Platforms, IaaS, PaaS, or Virtual Infrastructure software. /li liComfort working with multiple decision‑makers to drive proposals. /li liExcellent presentation skills, both technical and business, to small and large groups within the customer hierarchy. /li liOutstanding written and verbal communication skills. /li liConsistent track record of building strong relationships internally and working cross‑organizationally. /li liSelf‑motivated and a self‑starter, comfortable working remotely and autonomously. /li liWillingness to travel within the prescribed territory as needed. /li liBachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, related field, or equivalent experience. /li /ul h3Data Privacy Notice for Job Candidates /h3 pFor information on personal data processing, please see our Privacy Policy. /p h3Equal Employment Opportunity /h3 pCohesity is an Equal Employment Opportunity Employer.
