You will be responsible for the following Tasks

In this role, you will be supporting the implementation of Payroll processes, corresponding service delivery models and a landscape of external Payroll providers.

You will analyze local input & requirements and design local and regional solutions always aligned with the global design principles of future operating model.

Key responsibilities

  1. Preparation and handling payroll processes for Germany and Austria while managing our payroll vendors.
  2. Close cooperation with internal stakeholders and external suppliers/authorities.
  3. Supporting audit processes (both internal and external).
  4. Communication with employees on payroll-related queries.
  5. Analyzation of local legal, fiscal and regulatory requirements and evaluation on the need for process localizations.
  6. Drive the end-to-end process, review and uncover gaps between our current and planned model and support the creation of local action plans to implement the solutions.
  7. Provide subject matter expertise to enable effective user acceptance.
  8. Support training & change management activities.
  9. Provide support to data mapping/validation/acceptance activities.

We are looking for

A data-savvy Payroll specialist who is interested in gaining unique project experience in an international environment and who wants to play a key role in building the future payroll delivery landscape.

Fluent in English and German is a must.

Hands-on experience in managing Payroll and Time & Attendance processes within a complex international organization.

Knowledge of compliance and legal regulations for payroll & benefits.

Broader HR Operations experience as well as exposure to an outsourced payroll model and knowledge about Workday is a benefit.

Ability to effectively engage and mobilize diverse local HR stakeholders.

Flexibility and adaptability to operate in a fast-paced, developing project environment, taking ownership and setting directions.
