Responsibilities

1. You are responsible for the electrical development, design, and implementation of our innovative robotic solutions.
2. You design the electrical wiring and circuit boards for our robots and ensure they comply with applicable standards.
3. You supervise the products from the prototype phase through pre-series production to serial production, testing, and documenting changes.
4. You perform functional testing and troubleshooting on our robots.
5. You take responsibility for your work packages through to product integration, keeping an eye on quality, time, and cost.

Requirements

1. Successfully completed a bachelor\’s or master\’s degree in electrical engineering, mechatronics, or a comparable field.
2. At least 3 years of experience in the development and design of mechatronic products, ideally in mobile robotics.
3. Experience with electrical safety standards and EMC-compliant design.
4. Experience in PCB design with Altium.
5. Experience with EPLAN P8 and Harness ProD (or other wiring tools).
6. Hands-on mentality, creative, quick to grasp new ideas.
7. Structured and independent working style.
8. Fluent in English; German is a plus.
9. Ideally, experience with standards such as ISO 3691-4, EN 1175, EN ISO 13849, IEC 61010-1; product certification processes; Safe-PLC’s; CAD software (preferably Solidworks); basic programming in Python, C / C++.
