Your tasks
- You monitor and troubleshoot robotic systems remotely, resolving issues as they arise
- You communicate effectively, both internally and with clients, ensuring smooth operations
- You identify patterns in errors and performance, helping improve our robot fleet
- You collaborate with engineers, providing feedback to refine processes
Requirements
- You are enrolled in your studies and are passionate about robotics, computer science, mechatronics, electrical engineering, industrial engineering, or similar
- You understand robotic systems, ideally with ROS (Robot Operating System) experience
- You are fluent in English, and very good German is an advantage
- The job is mostly done on-site, so ideally you live in/close to Munich
