Job Responsibilities:

• Überwachung der termingerechten Fertigung, Qualitäts- und Kostenkontrolle sowie die Entwicklung neuer Fertigungsabläufe
• Führen des gesamten Produktionspersonals zusammen mit dem Standortverantwortlichen
• Steuern der Produktion anhand von Kennzahlen
• Kontinuierliche und systematische Optimierung der Prozesse und Technologien
• Rekrutierung, Einarbeitung, Qualifizierung und Weiterentwicklung der Mitarbeiter
• Mitwirkung bei der Einführung einer optimierten Organisation zur Erreichung der Termin-, Qualitäts- und Budgetziele

Preferred Qualifications:

• Techniker oder Industriemeister (Metall) oder vergleichbarer Bildungsabschluss
• Mehrere Jahre Berufserfahrung als Leiter Produktion, möglichst im Bereich Automotive
• Eigenverantwortliche, strukturierte und analytische Arbeitsweise
