We are looking for a Technical Genius (m/w/d) in the digital car dealership to start as soon as possible.

Your Qualifications:
- Completed technical or commercial apprenticeship, preferably in the automotive sector
- Initial work experience in service, ideally as a service advisor in the automotive industry
- Solid knowledge of vehicle technology and diagnostics
- Extensive knowledge of current vehicle systems and digital applications
- Customer service expertise and a service-oriented mindset
- Knowledge of product range, accessories, and service offerings
- Independent and diligent work style
- High customer focus and professional appearance
- Willingness to continuously learn and develop professionally and personally
- Team player with strong service orientation
Your Responsibilities:
- Professional advice and support for customers during vehicle repair intake
- Identify additional repair needs and proactively advise customers on supplementary services
- Consult customers on digital and multimedia systems in vehicles
- Assist with the use and registration of digital vehicle services (e.g., MyVolkswagen)
- Serve as a contact for customers regarding vehicle systems and digital applications
- Ensure smooth communication between customers and the workshop
- Contribute to continuous improvement of customer service and development of the service offering
