Responsibilities
- Responsible for the strategic leadership and operational performance across multiple data center sites
- Ensure continuous availability and reliability of critical infrastructure systems
- Lead and develop Data Center Operations Managers, Facility Engineers, and support staff
- Overall responsibility for incident response processes during critical events
- Oversee preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance programs
- Support audits, sales opportunities, reporting, and SLA management
- Ensure compliance with ISO 27001, ISO 22301, SOC standards, and occupational health and safety regulations
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Facility Management, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field
- More than 10 years of experience operating business-critical facilities or data centers
- At least 5 years of leadership experience in senior roles
- Strong technical knowledge of electrical distribution systems, mechanical cooling technologies, and critical power systems
- Experience leading 24/7 operations teams
- Proven experience in incident management and operational control models
- Good understanding of the development and implementation of MOPs/SOPs/EOPs
- Experience managing vendors and contractors
