Your mission
As our Business Development Representative Intern – English speaker – (m/f/d), you support our Sales team in executing our lead generation strategy (cold calling, emailing, etc.) across all available channels. You gain an inside perspective on an early-stage AI startup and build up deep functional expertise. You will take on responsibility quickly in this position and work directly with our founding team. Join us for the unique opportunity to learn, experience and work with a first-class team. The following tasks will be part of your new role:
- Manage communications with new target audiences by optimizing pre and post-sales processes as well as troubleshooting day-to-day issues
- Analyze the competitive environment to explore new opportunities for the sales team to improve lead generation
- Become an expert on our portfolio of AI and of additive manufacturing services
- Contribute to the growth of a fast-paced startup
- Analyze and report on sales results
- Support the leadership team with any ad-hoc projects and analyses
Your profile
- You are studying business administration, communications, or another related degree, or you already have a degree
- You have gained experience in cold calling in a business development departments or communication
- You are interested in the topics of growth and business development. Previous professional experience would be a plus but is not a mandatory requirement.
- You have exceptional communication skills, as well as a hands-on mentality
- You are highly ambitious and equipped with an entrepreneurial mindset
- You enjoy working independently and having lots of responsibility
- You are fluent in English
