Your mission

Reporting to our COO, your role as a Process Manager is to control, analyze and improve all critical operational processes at MakerVerse. From quote to delivery, you spot inefficiencies, identify mistakes and immediately jump in to correct them. You are an expert in using our tools and systems and work with your peers in operations, product and automation teams to enhance them.

This role offers you the opportunity to grow your skills in a fast-paced environment. You’ll work closely with our COO, gaining independence and freedom to manage processes across all departments, including Engineering, Sales, Procurement, Product, and IT. This comprehensive view will give you a deep understanding of how a company operates, equipping you with valuable insights and experience that can significantly boost your career growth. Key Responsibilities:

  • Document, control, analyze and improve engineering, procurement, fulfillment and quality processes to increase efficiency, eliminate errors, and improve the overall customer experience while maintaning our ISO9001 certified QMS.
  • Provide a consistent, streamlined customer experience from quote to delivery by building supporting processes designed for purpose.
  • Train our team members on new processes and tools and provide support to ensure successful implementation..
  • Work as a peer alongside our product and automation teams to provide structured input for system and tool enhancements.

Your profile

  • Proven track record in a high-tech manufacturing environment of at least 2 years.
  • Bachelor in Business administration, operations management, or similar studies.
  • Understanding of ISO9001 certification and Quality Management System (QMS)
  • Experience with any ERP or MES systems.
  • Strong critical thinking skills to assess complex problems, find root causes, and develop effective and sustainable solutions.
  • Ability to track and analyze processes to improve customer satisfaction and delivery performance.
  • Ability to work effectively with colleagues and peers across different functions.
  • Lean Six Sigma certification or similar is considered a plus
  • Fluent in English with strong interpersonal skills; German is a plus.
