Your responsibilities:
- Ensure that partner expenditure reporting, supporting documents and voucher verification processes comply with MI and donor requirements
- Follow up with OML on compliance recommendations, corrective actions and agreed improvements in operational processes
- Document and maintain compliance-related communication, records and filing systems between MI and the implementing partner
- Conduct field compliance visits and support regular compliance monitoring of partner activities and operations
- Manage MI procurement processes, including purchase requests, purchase orders, procurement tracking and payment requests
- Support contract follow-up, deliverables monitoring, due payments and asset/inventory documentation in line with MI procedures
- Contribute to monthly financial closure, audit preparation and project closure processes by ensuring complete and accurate documentation
- Support administrative and logistics arrangements for the Country Office, including preparation of delegation visits and other operational needs
Your profile:
- University degree or relevant professional qualification in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Procurement, Logistics or a related field
- At least 5 years of relevant professional experience in operations, compliance, finance administration, procurement or partner support, preferably in the humanitarian or development sector
- Good understanding of financial documentation, voucher verification, procurement processes and basic internal control requirements
- Experience in supporting partner coordination, compliance follow-up or documentation processes is an asset
- Familiarity with donor requirements and audit preparation, particularly for institutional donors such as GFFO, BMZ, ECHO, EU or UN agencies, is an advantage
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records, trackers and filing systems
- Good communication and coordination skills, with reliability, integrity and a service-oriented working style
- Strong commitment to humanitarian principles, safeguarding and accountability
- Fluent in English, French and Arabic, additional languages (German) are an asset
