Overview
In this role you will design and scale the data foundation powering AI-driven commercial workflows. You will act as the technical authority for data architecture, building resilient pipelines from CRM/ERP sources and governing the data used by AI agents. You will create a contextual data layer with versioned data products and feedback loops to improve AI outputs and measure commercial outcomes. This position offers the opportunity to modernize the data landscape, deliver robust analytics, and contribute to enterprise data strategies in a cross-functional environment.
Verantwortungsbereiche
- Architect, build, and operate governed data pipelines from Salesforce, SAP, and service data using Microsoft Fabric, Dataverse, Python, and SQL
- Design and own the AI context layer with curated data products, data contracts, and entity resolution for grounding AI outputs
- Establish feedback loops to capture outcomes and human corrections, feeding models and data products
- Oversee development of Power BI dashboards, semantic models, and datasets for agent performance and data quality metrics
- Define and enforce data quality, governance, and security standards, including lineage and access controls
- Modernize data flows from legacy exports to secure API-based integrations
- Collaborate with IT and data owners to ensure data reliability feeding customer-facing AI agents
- Lead architectural decisions and establish engineering standards for reliability and scalability
Zentrale Anforderungen
- 6+ years of hands-on data engineering experience with end-to-end data architectures and production pipelines
- Deep expertise in the Microsoft data stack (Fabric, Dataverse, Power BI) plus Python and SQL
- Experience integrating Salesforce and/or SAP using modern API-based patterns
- Proven experience in AI data engineering, including data modeling/entity resolution and context/retrieval layers for AI/LLM apps
- Demonstrated leadership to set technical standards and ensure reliable data for customer-facing AI
