Business Continuity Manager

Responsibilities:

• Conduct risk assessments and business impact analyses to identify critical services and dependencies.
• Support departments and sites in designing, maintaining, and improving Business and IT Service Continuity Plans.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to test and refine continuity plans through regular drills and simulations.
• Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards related to Business and IT Service Continuity and Disaster Recovery.
• Assist Disaster Recovery and Crisis Management Teams during disruptive incidents.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Information Technology, Business Administration, Risk Management, or a related field.
• Over five years of experience in IT Service Continuity, Disaster Recovery, Information Security, or Risk Management.
• Strong knowledge of relevant standards and regulations (e.g., NIS-2, NIST, ITIL, ISO 22301, ISO 27031, BSI 200-4).
• Experience utilizing generative AI tools (e.g., Microsoft Copilot, OpenAI/ChatGPT) to enhance productivity.
• Proven ability to lead and collaborate in high-pressure situations.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Fluency in English and German (minimum C1 level).
