Our client is seeking a skilled Financial Controller to lead financial controlling, deliver accurate reporting, and provide insights that drive strategic decisions and future growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the financial controlling function, develop key performance indicators (KPIs), and ensure thorough analysis of financial data.
• Prepare reports and monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with the German Commercial Code (HGB) – reliably and on time.
• Oversee budget planning, investment controlling, and identify areas for optimization.
• Provide management with robust analyses to support strategic decisions.
• Serve as the main point of contact for the parent company’s central controlling team, collaborating closely with all relevant stakeholders.
• Help colleagues across departments improve their understanding of financial and controlling topics.
• Become an integral part of future strategic corporate management.

Your Profile:

• Degree in business administration (or equivalent) with a focus on finance or controlling.
• Professional experience as a controller, ideally within manufacturing or project-based industries.
• Strong analytical skills and a proactive, hands-on approach, even under pressure.
• Excellent communication skills – able to translate complex numbers into clear insights and engage others.
• Confident in using ERP systems and digital tools to enhance analytical precision and efficiency.
• Fluent in German, with solid English skills to work effectively in an international environment.
