Our client, who has a global presence, is seeking an experienced professional to lead its data, analytics, and engineering teams.

This role involves driving a future-proof data strategy, optimizing data infrastructures, and fostering collaboration across various business units.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and develop direct reports
• Ensure technical and professional growth
• Collaborate closely with IT, marketing, and other stakeholders
• Enhance data operations and optimize databases
• Be the go-to expert for data governance, warehousing, modeling, and management
• Define and implement a scalable, cost-efficient data strategy in alignment with business goals
• Oversee the development of data-driven architectures, infrastructures, and analysis tools

Requirements:

• Experience in a senior data leadership role, managing teams larger than 10 direct reports
• Strategic and business mindset with the ability to provide consultative insights
• Expertise in data and analytics tools, including Snowflake, AWS, Apache Airflow, and Python
• Passion for data-driven decision-making and scalable solutions
