Labour Lawyer

Our client is seeking a labour lawyer to provide legal counsel to senior management, particularly in employment law. Working within a team of legal professionals, this role involves advising HR teams, negotiating works agreements, handling litigation, drafting contracts, and providing legal opinions to support business decisions.

Key Responsibilities :

• Advise management on employment law matters and support HR teams in negotiations.
• Represent the organisation in legal proceedings within the scope of professional law.
• Draft, review, and negotiate contracts across various legal areas.
• Prepare legal opinions, reports, and recommendations for senior leadership.

Your Profile

• Fully qualified lawyer with Second State Examination in Law.
• Extensive experience in employment law.
• Additional expertise in medical law, corporate law, or contract law is beneficial.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present legal matters in a business-friendly manner.
• Solution-oriented approach with a high level of service orientation.
• Willingness to travel.
• Fluent in German and English
