Legal Counsel – Commercial
Our client is seeking a proactive and business-oriented Legal Counsel to join their legal team and provide strategic legal support across various business functions. This role offers the opportunity to work in a fast-growing, technology-driven logistics environment, supporting commercial and transport-related legal matters. The position is based in Berlin.
Key Responsibilities:
- Advise senior management and various departments on commercial legal matters, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
- Assess legal risks associated with business initiatives, contracts, and policies, and propose mitigation strategies.
- Draft, negotiate, and review a variety of commercial agreements to align with business objectives.
- Manage litigation matters, including coordination with external legal counsel.
