Legal Counsel – Labour Law
Our client is seeking a Legal Counsel (Labour Law) to provide strategic and operational support to senior management. This role serves as a central interface within the company, handling key administrative, organisational, and legal tasks while supporting process optimisation and project coordination.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the direct liaison for the managing director, representing interests internally and externally.
- Independently manage task packages, allowing leadership to focus on core responsibilities.
- Organise, prepare, and manage meetings, events, and logistics.
- Prepare minutes, presentations, and reports, ensuring high-quality documentation.
- Develop and implement efficiency improvements in administrative workflows.
- Oversee vacation planning and facilitate the onboarding of new employees.
- Ensure labour law compliance, particularly for international assignments.
- Act as a project assistant, handling controlling and stakeholder communication.
- Analyse and provide recommendations for contract documents.
- Support internal and external communications efforts.
- Assist with administrative tasks related to customer projects.
Your Profile:
- Completed commercial vocational training with several years of professional experience.
- Strong organisational skills with a structured and detail-oriented approach.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Proficiency in MS Office and other relevant tools.
- Fluent in English and German , both written and spoken.
- Proactive, committed, and adaptable in a dynamic work environment.
