SAP Security Consultant

Our client is seeking a Senior SAP Security Consultant to join their team and support the design and implementation of secure, compliant SAP landscapes through innovative technology solutions and robust governance practices.

Responsibilities :

• Support IT audits and internal controls for SAP Superuser Management (e.g., GRC Firefighter, DDIC, SAPUSER).
• Design and implement audit-compliant processes for exceptions like developer key requests and system / client access.
• Develop and maintain Segregation of Duties (SoD) processes using SAP GRC ARA and SecurityBridge.
• Conduct risk analyses and coordinate mitigation with role constructors and system admins.
• Manage roles and authorizations in SAP GRC Access Control and IDM based on SoD findings.
• Enhance the SoD framework and support Privileged User Monitoring with a content-driven approach.
• Partner with Business SoD, IT ICS, and IT Security to drive strategic improvements and process optimization.

Requirements :

• Degree in IT or comparable professional experience.
• Strong understanding of SAP authorization management and Segregation of Duties (SoD).
• Hands-on experience with SAP role design, SAP GRC Access Control, and SAP threat detection tools preferred.
• Solid grasp of audit, ICS, and security frameworks and their technical implementation.
• Experience in process design and optimization; effective stakeholder management in regulated environments.
• Analytical mindset, self-driven, and eager to adopt emerging technologies.
• Proficiency in German and good English.
