Senior Business Analyst

For our dynamic market-leading technology client in Dusseldorf, we are searching for an in-house Senior Business Analyst to play a key role in their digital transformation.

Your responsibilities :

As a Senior Business Analyst, you will play a key role in driving our IT initiatives from concept through to release. Your responsibilities will include :

• Supporting IT projects throughout the full lifecycle, from initial idea to go-live
• Analyzing, enhancing, and redesigning business processes
• Collaborating closely with business units and IT to understand and document requirements
• Creating requirement specifications, project plans, test cases, and process documentation
• Preparing and supporting user acceptance testing and ensuring smooth handover to production

Your profile :

Technical expertise :

• A degree in computer science, business informatics, or a related field
• At least five years of professional experience in a business analyst role or similar
• Solid understanding of IT systems and programming skills in technologies such as Java, Python, or SQL
• Strong analytical skills with proven experience in evaluating business processes and IT solutions
• Familiarity with project management and stakeholder collaboration
• Proficient in using tools like Confluence and Jira

Language and general qualifications :

• Proficiency in German at C1 level or higher
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken
• Basic understanding of trading is a plus
• Self-motivated and able to work independently
• Strong team player with a collaborative mindset
• High level of service orientation and a supportive attitude
• Professional and courteous communication style
