Senior Data & Insights Controller

• Collaborate with teams to bridge business needs and technical solutions, especially in SAP and data-related areas.
• Help design and refine standardized reporting formats used across regions to improve performance analysis.
• Support automation initiatives, working closely with SAP-BW specialists to streamline controlling processes.
• Develop Power BI dashboards that translate business questions into clear, actionable insights.
• Partner with SAP BW experts to maintain data quality and ensure reliable system performance.

Requirements:

• Hands-on, analytical mindset with the ability to convert business requirements into data-driven solutions.
• Experience working cross-functionally with business, finance, and IT teams to deliver quality results.
• Strong knowledge of business IT systems and data landscapes, with practical experience in BI tools (e.g., Power BI); programming skills (e.g., Python) are a plus.
• Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel) and SAP BW for advanced data analysis and reporting.
• Excellent communication skills in English and German (Spanish is a plus), able to translate business needs into technical requirements.
• Degree in Data Engineering, Economics, Business Administration (with Controlling or Finance focus), Business Informatics, or a related field.
• Interest in the healthcare sector with a willingness to deepen industry knowledge.
