Senior Investor Relations Manager

I’m currently collaborating with a highly exciting client in the software industry, known for its strong market presence and ambitious future plans. The client is looking to expand their Investor Relations team and is seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Investor Relations Manager .

Key Responsibilities:

• Synthesize internal data to prepare insightful reports for senior management, including quarterly updates.
• Monitor equity research and industry trends to spot opportunities and stay ahead of market movements.
• Develop valuation models that reflect investor perspectives and market conditions.
• Provide strategic advice for effective communication and Q&A preparation, ensuring key messages are clear and impactful.
• Create and curate materials for investor events, such as presentations and shareholder meetings.
• Capture and analyse investor feedback and engagement to inform decision-making.
• Cultivate strong relationships with analysts and investors, hosting meetings and ensuring timely and professional communication.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to provide direct advice and support to the business.

Qualifications:

• 7+ years of experience in Investor Relations or as an Analyst in Investment Banking.
• In-depth knowledge of financial statements, valuation methods, and tools such as Bloomberg.
• A keen analytical background, a degree in Finance, Economics, or related areas.
• Proven ability to build strong relationships, simplify complex financial concepts, and deliver actionable insights.
• Highly organised and proactive, with the ability to meet tight deadlines while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism.
• Native or bilingual fluency in German is required.
