We are seeking a generalist Senior Legal Counsel with a strong focus on commercial law and energy projects to join our client’s dynamic team in Kassel. This role is perfect for a German-qualified lawyer with 3-8 years of experience who has successfully completed both state examinations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of commercial contracts.
• Provide expert legal advice on energy projects, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations.
• Manage legal risks and support strategic decision-making for commercial initiatives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on matters related to commercial law and energy projects.
• Handle regulatory inquiries and dispute resolution as needed.

Qualifications:

• German-qualified lawyer with 3-8 years of professional experience.
• Successful completion of two state examinations.
• Proven expertise in commercial law with an emphasis on energy projects.
• Strong drafting, negotiation, and analytical skills.
• Fluent in German and proficient in English.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
