The role: → Act as trusted legal advisor to group companies and business units across the commercial organisation.
→ Support teams on product distribution, including software, and negotiate large-scale customer contracts.
→ Review and negotiate procurement contracts.
→ Develop legal frameworks for new business opportunities.
→ Advise on special projects with group-wide impact.
→ Manage your own caseload with a high degree of autonomy.
What you'll need: → Both German state law examinations (Volljurist).
→ 3 to 5 years' post-qualification experience, ideally in commercial, sales or procurement law.
→ Fluent German and English, written and spoken.
