Senior M&A Manager /- Remote (Germany – Based)

A global leader in healthcare technology is hiring a Senior M&A Manager to join their Corporate Development team. This remote role offers the opportunity to lead strategic acquisitions and deliver real impact across international markets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end M&A processes: target identification, due diligence, execution, and integration
• Manage financial due diligence and coordinate with external advisors and internal teams
• Build valuation models, business cases, and support deal negotiations
• Develop and implement value-creation strategies post-acquisition
• Work cross-functionally with finance, legal, and strategy teams

Requirements:

• Strong background in corporate M&A, investment banking, or transaction services (e.g. Big 4)
• Proven experience in financial modelling and valuation
• Confident working independently in a fast-paced environment
• Fluent English & German
