Digital Identity Manager Location: Frankfurt (Hybrid / Remote) Our client is looking for a skilled Digital Identity Manager to join their consulting team and drive identity and access management (IAM) solutions for our clients. This role will focus on developing and implementing secure digital identity strategies, managing IAM programs, and ensuring regulatory compliance. The ideal candidate will bring expertise in identity governance, authentication technologies, and cybersecurity best practices. Design, implement, and manage digital identity and access management (IAM) strategies for clients. Conduct security assessments and provide recommendations for IAM solutions, including Single Sign-On (SSO), Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA), and Privileged Access Management (PAM). Lead projects related to identity governance, user lifecycle management, and directory services. Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements such as GDPR, ISO 27001, and NIST frameworks. Provide expert guidance on risk management, identity fraud prevention, and zero-trust security models. Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Information Security, Computer Science, or a related field. ~5+ years of experience in digital identity management, IAM, or cybersecurity. ~ Hands-on experience with IAM solutions such as Okta, CyberArk, Microsoft Entra ID, Ping Identity, or SailPoint. ~ Familiarity with security compliance standards, including GDPR, NIST, and ISO 27001. ~ Fluent in German and English Competitive salary up to $110,000 per year.
