A dynamic international Pharmaceutical company is seeking a qualified lawyer to take on a broad role in commercial, corporate , and IP law . This position involves contract negotiation , ensuring legal compliance in marketing, and supporting product launches in domestic and international markets.
Responsibilities
- Provide legal support to the various internal departments.
- Work with other in-house counsels and outside counsels, as required.
- Design complex contracts in the areas of sales and marketing and, in collaboration with your colleagues, negotiate cooperation agreements with domestic and foreign partners.
- You are the contact person for a wide range of legal issues and take care of special projects from a legal perspective.
Qualifications
- Fully qualified lawyer with two state exams .
- 2+ years‘ PQE.
- Strong communication skills, reliability, and professionalism.
