We are filling the following position on a freelance basis for our client:
Responsibilities
- Facilitate Sprint events: Planning, Reviews, Retrospectives, Daily Stand-ups
- Backlog refinement and ensuring development readiness
- Coach team on Agile, SAFe, and Lean-Agile principles
- Remove impediments and track progress using Agile metrics
- PI Planning preparation, cross-team dependency management and risk tracking
- Change Agent: Drive Agile transformation and SAFe coaching for team and stakeholders
Your Profile
- Academic degree or vocational training
- Training: Certification as Scrum Master
- SAFe certification is mandatory
- Professional experience: several years working in scaled agile environments
- At least 3 years of professional experience, e.g., in Germany
- Language skills: English and German
